In 95% of our transactions—specifically in the New Development and Off-Market sectors—our fees are covered by the sell-side (the developer or the sovereign seller). We have negotiated volume mandates with major players (Emaar, Nakheel, Select Group) that allow us to represent you, the buyer, at 0% Commission.
You pay us nothing. You get our market intelligence, our negotiation leverage, and our legal structuring support. The asset price is the same (or often lower due to our bulk negotiation) whether you use us or walk in alone.
Unbiased Advisory
Because we are retained by the inventory, we are agnostic. We don’t care if you buy the Villa in Jumeirah Bay or the Penthouse in DIFC. We care that you buy the asset that fits your portfolio strategy. We are not selling you a house; we are allocating your capital.
